The right to care and information. You have the right to professional, high-quality, and respectful care, as well as to clear information about your health condition, diagnosis, proposed procedure, its course, potential risks, and alternatives.
Informed consent. You have the right to give or withhold consent for the procedure. Before the procedure begins, you have the right to receive information about the treatment goals, risks, consequences, and methods, as well as to ask questions of the medical staff.
- Treatment goal: to improve the health of the feet and nails, and to reduce pain, inflammation, and the risk of infection, especially in patients with chronic conditions.
- Risks: Although podiatric procedures are performed with the utmost care and under sterile conditions, the following risks are possible: temporary sensitivity of the skin or nails, discomfort, redness, or other individual reactions or pain after the procedure; a small risk of bleeding (especially in cases of nail correction or ingrown nails); the possibility of infection if post-procedure care is not followed; the need for a repeat procedure or additional treatment if the initial treatment did not produce the desired result.

Access to Records. You have the right to review your medical records, obtain extracts and copies, and ask clarifying questions.
Filing Complaints. If you are dissatisfied, you may file a complaint with the management of the healthcare facility or the relevant authorities in accordance with Article 18 of the Law on Patients’ Rights.
Photographic, video, and audio recordings. Recording, photographing, or filming during a procedure is permitted only with the written or verbal consent of the medical staff. Without consent, the clinic may suspend services, require the recording to be deleted, and, if necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
You are required to:- provide accurate and complete information about your health, chronic conditions, allergies, and medications you are taking, and follow the podiatrist’s instructions and treatment plan.
- When preparing for your visit, observe hygiene guidelines and arrive on time; if necessary, cancel your appointment in a timely manner (by notifying the medical facility at least 24 hours in advance).
- Report any changes in your health or complications within 2–3 days.
- Treat staff and other patients with respect, pay for the services received, and follow the clinic’s rules of conduct.

If a patient fails to show up for an appointment and does not provide advance notice (24 hours in advance), we reserve the right to:
- require prepayment for the next appointment,
- and, in the event of a repeat no-show, restrict the ability to schedule future appointments.
